Daniel Stelter is unparalleled in his artistic diversity, brilliance and bustle. With his inimitable, unagitated and yet memorable style, he has long since made a name for himself in the German jazz scene. In the fall of 2025, his album "Wooden Songs" was released on the label o-tone music, which sings nature-loving tones. Inspired by sound, scent, haptics and almost infinite nuances of colour, Stelter dedicates his seventh album to the organic material wood. An atmospheric reflection that leads through forests, vineyards, over the Alps and all the way to the Bosphorus. Stelter's classically touched, almost vocal playing on the nylon string guitar, Tommy Baldu's characteristic drum and percussion sound and Marc Inti's sensitive bass playing are beguiling - together they communicate with each other like the trees of the forest. As a special guest, the spirited singer Menna Mulugeta completes this quartet. Her charm and stage presence make this musical journey incomparably impressive.
