The Dutchwoman Fay Claassen, who has won numerous prizes, is one of the great female voices of the international jazz scene. She sings with elegance and sensitivity and has the special gift not only to touch the listener, but rather to hit him directly in the heart.
Eleven albums have already been released under her own name and she has been touring internationally for years. In addition to soloists such as Paquito D ́Riviera, Mike Stern or Toots Thielemanns, Fay Claassen also regularly works with renowned big bands, such as the WDR Big Band or the Brussels Jazz Orchestra.
