© Roberto RoccoThe Yemeni-Israeli singer NOA, who grew up in the USA, moves effortlessly between musical styles in her more than 25-year career and impresses worldwide with her angelic soprano. Influenced by her mentor Pat Metheny, she has already sung with greats such as Stevie Wonder, Andrea Bocelli, Al Di Meola, George Benson and Sting. Legendary producer Quincy Jones was so taken with NOA that he proposed her to the Grammy Committee for the album "Letters to Bach" in 2019. She wants to overcome walls made of languages, religion, and prejudice and build musical bridges for more respect and dialogue. Her current album 'The Giver and the See' is the first project she has realized independently from her long-time musical partner Gil Dor. The songs written by Noa were created in collaboration with Grammy-winning pianist Ruslan Sirota, who also produced the album. On her ongoing mission of reconciliation, dialogue, and compassion, she relies on the generosity of sharing, caring, and giving. For her commitment to peace and reconciliation between Jews and Palestinians, she received, among other things, the "Pilgrim of Peace" award from the Franciscan Order of Assisi. In addition to her work as UN ambassador as a bridge builder between cultures, she has already appeared before three popes and in the White House.
