The Yemeni-Israeli singer NOA, who grew up in the USA, moves effortlessly between musical styles in her more than 25-year career and impresses worldwide with her angelic soprano. Influenced by her mentor Pat Metheny, she has already sung with greats such as Stevie Wonder, Andrea Bocelli, Al Di Meola, George Benson and Sting. Legendary producer Quincy Jones was so taken with NOA that he proposed her to the Grammy Committee for the album "Letters to Bach" in 2019. While it was initially old Yemeni songs that she heard and reinterpreted from her grandmother as a child, songs in Italian, French, Spanish, English, Arabic, Hebrew, and even Thai and Hindi soon formed the repertoire of the cosmopolitan and Israeli "voice of peace". For her commitment to peace and reconciliation between Jews and Palestinians, she received, among other things, the "Pilgrim of Peace" award from the Franciscan Order of Assisi.
