The Briton Tony Momrelle is one of the most exciting and important soul musicians on the current scene. Tony started his solo career after being the lead singer of the legendary British acid jazz band Incognito for more than sixteen years. Hathaway or Stevie Wonder inspire him, but also countless other sounds and styles, which are given their very own touch through his authentic interpretations. The singer and songwriter shows what British soul music means today. Tony has created an infectious mix of eighties-inspired synthesizers, jazzy keyboards, classical piano and rousing soul vocals.
