Volkan Baydar, the frontman of the Hamburg cult duo Orange Blue ("She's Got That Light"), has long since conquered a firm place in the German music scene. With over one million records sold, millions of streams and countless concerts, the songwriter, composer, music producer and multi-instrumentalist has been delighting his fans at home and abroad for more than 20 years. Anyone who has experienced him on stage knows: he is pure energy – a musical volcano.

Together with the selection of his favorite instrumentalists, the term "jazz" will be redefined on this evening. Whether the songs come from pop and soul or are classic standards: the musicians let themselves go, become one with the music and give insights into their souls. "Music comes from God and everything is possible if you surrender and allow the risk," says Volkan, who opens up to the universe here and puts himself completely at his service. It will be interesting to see what inspirations flow into this five-piece band.
